S-retails.com is owned by Sawarthia Retails LLC registered to an address in Doral. We are located at 8725 NW 18 terrace, Doral, Florida, USA, Sawarthia Retails is the sister company of Sawarthia Group who has years of experience in the distribution and wholesale of various products.

We endeavor to maintain updated information on our website with completeness and accuracy.

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose.

Product image and color in our webpage is for illustrative purpose to attract sales. So sometimes a slight difference will be there from the image shown on our website and the actual product received as real-time or physical experience is always different. Also sometimes you might not found photos of product accessories but it will be provided inside the packaging as mentioned in the product page  

3. PRICING

We strive hard to maintain the price mentioned on our website as accurately as possible and under exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to change the price. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to amend/cancel the order. Customers can make a payment in their preferred currency from the multiple currency drop-down menus if it's available. All our pricing excludes local taxes and duties this will be borne by clients. However, we are collecting state taxes for USA delivery customers which will be asked to be paid at the time of check out.
