Shipping policy

We have integrated our system with the following carriers as follows:-

For the USA:- USPS, UPS, DHL 

For International Shipping:-  UPS and DHL (Also all import and ground charges should we paid by the customer)

All rates are generated on a real-time basis for their system and shown to you.

Generally, it delivers goods, within the same duration of time as it was shown to you. but sometimes it may be delayed due to national emergencies or pandemics. 

Also sometimes we may have handed over the goods to the carrier, but due to their incompetence or irresponsibility, it may not show in their system that doesn't imply as we are a fraud. We have our own process to maintain the data of handover at each step, and we use that data or proof to escalate the case to the carrier to expedite the delivery but sometimes it may take quality time to make the delivery happen.

However, if the shipment will not be delivered within 30 days in the USA address and all International Shipment in 60 days then we will process a full refund.
