Refund policy
In our store, the purchased product can be exchanged or returned within 14 working days upon receiving.
Norms and conditions for Return/Exchange:
1. If the purchased product is defective or not as described on our website, it will be accepted upon the verification process. To receive any refunds from us you need to connect us live on video chat with our team on WhatsApp +1 786 475 0104Â & +1 786 353 8833.
2. In case of a change of mind, you can return the product to us. Once we check and verify we will process the refund in the form of store gift vouchers which can be used in the purchase of other goods from our site. Courier charges will be borne by customer.
3. If the product is dead on arrival upon receiving the replacement will be done upon checking and verification. The condition will be applied:-
- If the product is not dead then the charges for replacement delivery will be paid by the customers. Also, a replacement unit will be checked before under video surveillance and sent back to the customer.
- If the product is actually dead then all charges will be paid by us to deliver it back to them. Also, a replacement unit will be checked before under video surveillance before sending it back to the customer.
4. In the case of a product with a warranty, the repair will be done and dispatched within 20 working days. The repair will not be done without a valid purchase. In addition, to know if the product is under warranty it will be mentioned in the packing slip.
5. Order cancellation can be done even after your goods had been dispatched but you must return the goods within 2 days of cancellation with complete original packing to us at your own expense however 20% of the product value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
6. Cancellation before dispatching can be done but 10% of the product value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
All international returns will be charged at a minimum of 20% of the product value irrespective of the condition of the product. And shipping charges will not be borne by the customer.Â
